I bought these post guards last spring just hoping they’d slow down the rust a bit, but they’ve held up better than I expected. Even after plenty of rain and the sprinklers hitting the fence, they still look clean and I haven’t noticed any rust marks around the base yet. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I thought it would, so I’m taking off one star for that.

I’ve been using it for a bit now, mostly around the house while setting up a few things, and overall it feels sturdy enough. The metal has a solid feel to it, so I’m not worried about it falling apart or anything. That said, the edges on mine were a little rough, which I noticed right away when I took it out of the package. It still does what I need it to do, but I was expecting the finish to be a bit cleaner.

I put these Fence Armor pieces on my posts and they’ve definitely helped with the mower bumping into them. I did notice one of them shifted a little after a harder hit, which surprised me because I figured if it protects the post it should kind of stay in place too. Still, it’s better than having the posts get all dinged up, so I’m glad I got them overall...

It just fit well and I didn’t have to overthink anything, which I really appreciated. The design is simple, but that’s kind of what made it work for me, I put it on, used it, and it made sense right away.

I ordered from Fence Armor and, from my experience, the product itself wasn’t really the issue, it was the install hardware that made things frustrating. The screws felt cheap, and a couple of them didn’t line up the way they should have, so what seemed like a quick install turned into a longer project. I ended up grabbing some hardware from my garage just to get it finished. It worked out in the end, but the hardware definitely wasn’t what I expected

I had a small mix-up with my order, and I was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations where you have to explain the same thing three different times. But it wasn’t like that at all. I contacted them, they got back to me quickly, understood what had happened, and fixed it without making it a big deal or trying to argue about it. The replacement was sent out fast too, which I appreciated because the whole thing could have easily dragged on. It was just nice to deal with a company that actually takes care of the problem instead of making it more complicated than it needs to be...

It’s thicker than I thought it’d be, which is nice. Feels solid once it’s on the post. Took a little adjusting, but it worked out

It helped overall, but it wasn’t quite as gentle as I was hoping. I still ended up with a few little nicks, so it’s not perfect, but it does the job better than nothing

I was able to get these on without much help, and overall the install was straightforward. The pieces fit my posts decently, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t feel totally lost.
That said, I did have to fiddle with a couple spots to get everything lined up right, which got a little frustrating. For the price, I was hoping it would be a bit more seamless, but it still turned out okay in the end.

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but for the price, I was kind of expecting a bit more. Not bad, just... I don’t know, maybe a little overpriced for what you get

i checked out Fence Armor because I just needed something basic for a few fence posts. the price made me pause fast.
once I added up everything I’d need, it came out to way more than I thought it would. maybe the product works well, but for my small yard it just didn’t feel like a good value.

i ended up skipping the order. it might make sense for someone with a bigger project or budget, but for me the cost was just too much.

I reached out to support the wait for a reply was draining. I was already feeling mentally worn out, and having to sit around without an answer just made the whole thing more frustrating.

The product kind of works when it wants to, which has been frustrating. I reached out for warranty help and it took a while to get everything sorted, but they did eventually take care of it. Overall, not the worst experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

I ordered from Fence Armor and, my main worry was the color. You know how things can look one way online and then show up looking totally different in real life? I kept thinking it might stand out on my posts, which was exactly what I didn’t want. But once it arrived, it was way closer than I expected. After installing it, it basically blends in and you hardly notice it’s there, which is perfect. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out.
